Photography Experiences
You will have exclusive use of The Sweet Pea Picture Garden for the amount of time you select. By booking this appointment, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions (in link) and Guidelines (below).
GUIDELINES AND WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR SESSION:
1. All professional photography performed at Quail Hollow Flower Farm LLC must be scheduled and paid for prior to photos being taken. Appointments must be made in advance.
2. Quail Hollow Flower Farm LLC is a fully-operating farmstead. Please take into consideration weather and the natural environment as you and your clients prepare for your visit with us. Boots and closed-toed shoes are recommended. Dress for the weather.
3. We ask that children under 13 years of age be accompanied by an adult at all times. The photographer is responsible for their clients during their visit and must remain with them at all times.
4. Vehicles are not allowed anywhere other than the designated parking area along the side of the street as you pull up to the Picture Garden.
5. Any props, clothing, furniture, or other objects used for the photo shoot must be removed at the end of the session. A $25 clean up fee will be charged if any items remain.
6. If any fixed or temporary objects are moved or damaged during photography, the photographer will be help responsible for repair and/or replacement.
7. Quail Hollow Flower Farm LLC reserves the right to prohibit inappropriate attire on premises at any time.
8. Use care and caution around animals, moving vehicles, and landscaping. This is a farm: watch for snakes, fire ants, wasps, uneven ground, etc. Please heed all safety advisories posted.
9. All pets must remain on a leash at all times. Doggie-poo must be removed and disposed of properly. Please bring your own waste bags for doggie clean-up.
10. Every possible effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling a session due to a weather event. Please contact the farm for any date changes.
11. If your clients are interested in adding the U-Pick Experience to their photo session, Quail Hollow Flower Farm LLC will provide all necessary supplies and instruction for an easy and enjoyable flower harvesting experience to capture in their photos. The flowers and baskets are theirs to keep. The snips are the property of Quail Hollow Flower Farm LLC.
12. As our hours are seasonal and depend on mother nature’s timing, dates are not set in stone (especially for March dates as we cannot guarantee an exact date that the daffodils will be in full bloom). After submitting this order, you will be contacted and a more specific date will be discussed. Thank you for understanding.
