Soft, tender-stemmed herbs generally prefer the fridge (with the exception of basil). Woody, hard-stemmed herbs can stay out on the counter. Each bundle or bunch comes in a reusable bud vase for an adorably convenient way to store your locally-grown, fresh herbs. 🌱
Instructions for longest vase life:
- rinse & dry leaves before storing
- trim stems and refresh water every few days
- remove any wilted or dead foliage
Long-term storage ideas:
- dry upside down for dried herbs
- chop & freeze in ice cube trays of oil or water
- make a marinade, sauce, or dressing
