Seed Starting Workshop
Thursday, March 20 from 3-4 pm at Quail Hollow Flower Farm
We can't wait to spend the afternoon with you and your kiddo on the farm while you learn how to start your own seeds at home! In this workshop, you and your child will learn fundamental techniques that will leave you feeling confident to start your own seeds at home. All materials will be provided as well as step-by-step, hands-on instruction. We will sow Benary Giant zinnia seeds. Your child will be able to take these home to watch them grow. You can expect blooms around late June that will make some beautiful little bouquets. A care card with information about each flower will be sent home with each child.
Future Gardeners Workshops are suitable for ages 8-11. Parents are required to be present at the workshop with their child at all times.
After purchasing your workshop, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text with more details about workshop day. Contact us with any questions and we look forward to digging in the dirt with you!
*Workshops are held rain or shine, but you will be contacted in the event of extreme weather. Refunds will be available if we have to cancel. Refunds for any other reason will not be available, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place in the event you are unable to make it to your purchased workshop. Thank you for understanding.
