Our Bouquet Bars are set up on the Traveling Flower Cart and brought to events so guests can make bouquets to take home. The Bouquet Bar is perfect for weddings, showers, private events, birthday parties, work events, and church events.
HOW DOES A BOUQUET BAR WORK?
We will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your event start time so we're done setting up before your event begins. Everything your guests need to create their bouquets will be provided as well as signs with clear instructions for an easy and fun experience. The Bouquet Bar will be picked up at the specified ending time.
WHAT STYLE OF BOUQUET IS OFFERED AT THE BOUQUET BAR?
We offer three different Bouquet Bar styles:
Mini Hand-Wrapped Bouquet Bar ($15 per person)- In this bouquet bar, each guest will choose 5-6 stems to create their very own mini market-style wrapped bouquet (pictured below).
Hand-Wrapped Bouquet Bar ($20 per person)- In this bouquet bar, each guest will choose 7-9 stems to create a market-style wrapped bouquet.
Garden Hand-Wrapped Bouquet Bar ($25 per person)- In this bouquet bar, each guest will choose 10-12 stems to create a lush bouquet that's ready for a vase on the table.
*The host will choose one bouquet style and all bouquets will be the same style at the event. A minimum of 10 pre-paid bouquets are required to reserve the bouquet bar.
HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?
Bouquet Bars are pre-paid by the host and a deposit is required to reserve a spot on our schedule. We will provide enough flowers for the number of pre-paid bouquets with an option to have more on standby for those unsure of the guest count. It is up to the host if they would prefer to arrange for their guests to pay for their bouquets during the event (cash bar style) or provide a complimentary experience for their guests.
